you can easily put more air in. a friend of mine has like 200 in his. i would up it 20 or so and see how you like it. letting all the negative out will make it be really harsh. try like 150 in the top and 100 in the neg. if that doesn't work then go go higher and higher from there.
also try messing with the compression knob on the right side.

there are no springs in it. just air. so all you need to do is pump up the top air valve with a shock pump. its really easy to do. just add til it feels right

good to hear man, that is a sweet bike but i could never do it justice. i always feel to twitchy on a hardtail. i might try building up a transition double in the future. i would love to come up and ride. ill probably try to get up there this summer
